This segment from 60 Minutes poses the question of justice in the face of genocide, through an examination of the current discussion regarding the fate of recently arrested Khmer Rouge officials responsible for the genocidal murders of over 1.1 million Cambodians between 1975-1979. Through interviews with survivors of the genocide, the 1999 episode explores reaction to the very real possibility that those responsible for the genocide will never have to stand trial.
