Resources for Families

Family DayHow do you talk to your young children about the hard choices they face? About what to do when they encounter differences, prejudice, or exclusion?

These are some of the hardest conversations to begin. Choosing to Participate offers unique opportunities for families with young children in grades K-6th to engage in activities, storytelling and conversations about respect and tolerance.

Raising Ethical Children

Learn and get insight from experts and from each other on how to best parent young kids, using some of the key Facing History and Ourselves concepts and values- issues of identity, inclusion and exclusion, respect for differences, and the value of participation.
