Should I Be Her Friend or Not?

Should I be her friend or not? One day, while I was at a friend’s house, her brother had just received a $20 dollar bill. But somehow it went missing; I thought he had lost it. Then we went out to CVS and, while we were waiting at the door for her parents to pick us up, her brother mentioned that maybe I had taken it since they knew my family is not in their best money condition right now. When he said that, at first, my friend was just thinking, Then a moment later, she accused me of doing it, in a joking way. I couldn’t believe my ears when I heard that. How could she blame me? Just like that? I still can’t believe she said that, even if she might be joking. Then, in the car, she suggested to her brother that it might be under the keyboard of the computer. When we got home, first thing he did was look under the keyboard. And guess what? There it was. They didn’t say a word about it after that. Not even an “I’m sorry”. And that day I arrived home crying. As I told my mother, she wanted to call her parents to talk to them about such a rude behavior, but I wouldn’t let her. Still we are friends till this day.
