Educators are invited to join this free online workshop designed to introduce the resources and interactive features of the website,
Be The Change: Upstanders for Human Rights.
This website profiles the stories of five extraordinary men and women--including Choosing to Participate's Arn Chorn Pond--who have made a positive difference in the world.
Designed for middle and high school students, Be the Change looks at the influences, inspirations and motivations that led the five upstanders to take action on behalf of others. The website also encourages students to connect with a growing global network of their peers who, like them, care about creating a more just world.
