Jack I. Cohen

Jack I. Cohen, Holocaust Survivor and Speaker, Memphis, TN Born in Greece in 1932, Jack I. Cohen and his family survived the Holocaust when the Greek Orthodox Church clergy and underground forces hid and cared for them. He brought forward that humanitarian effort into his and others’ lives in Tennessee. He has received much recognition for his work as a businessman, leader, and volunteer who shares his stories of survival with local classrooms and who espouses the idea that people must have faith in each other, pull together, address diversity, and celebrate the contributions of all people.
